Welcome to the weekly round up where we talk about the latest news and happenings in the Dopex ecosystem.
Every week, we analyze and summarize each event to help you stay in the loop.
Without further a do, let’s get started!
1. Quick stats of veDPX
- 23.11% of DPX circulating supply has been locked (+8% vs last week), which is earning 37.54% APY through our boosted veDPX farm
- PlutusDAO has locked 20.000 DPX (+33.33% vs last week), which is 10% of the entire DPX circulating supply meaning $PLS lockers controlling ~50% Dopex governance.
2. Vaults have been bootstrapped!
Weekly Put SSOVs
Strike prices are as follows:
- DPX Puts: 260$, 230$, 200$, 170$
- rDPX Puts: 24$, 21$, 18$, 15$
- gOHM Puts: 3200$, 3000$, 2800$, 2600$
- GMX Puts: 29$, 26$, 23$, 20$
- BTC Puts: 23000$, 22000$, 21000$, 19000$
- CRV Puts: 1.4$, 1.3$, 1.15$, 1$
- ETH Puts: 1600$, 1500$, 1400$, 1300$
Other SSOVs will be implemented in the following month and both monthly and weekly epoch will end on the 29th of July

Weekly and bi-weekly pUSD IR Vault
The pUSD I.R weekly vault for the 21st of July expired at the rate of 25.7819% while the bi-weely vault expired at 27.7719%
For the next epoch, strikes will be as follows:
- 20%
- 25%
- 30%
- 35%
Options expire on the 28th of July 8AM UTC for weekly epoch, and 4th of August 8AM UTC for bi-weekly epoch

4. Diamond Pepes 13th report and trivia night
CEO Nutoro released the Diamond Pepes 13th report and it contained details on the upcoming Diamond Pepes Gen 2 mint.

5. Pitch x Dopex: The Incentives Flywheel
Yesterday, an interesting article was released by Pitch Foundation, which talked about a strategy on how to use our Interest Option Vaults to generate an incentives flywheel.
Pitch being one of the leading governance marketplaces that offers vote lending to users who want more voting power in Curve and FRAX. This creates the perfect opportunity for them to utilize IROVs as a way to leverage or hedge their position depending on where their votes were placed.
The proposed strategy was to buy call options on pools that the majority of their votes were placed in, and at the same time buy puts on other pools that they think will not receive as much gauge votes. This allows Pitch to generate more incentives that can be given out to depositors that will be much more than plain staking.
This is definitely an eye-opening article of those not well-versed with the implications and advantages of using our interest rate vaults.
No doubt that we’ll be seeing more of these articles in the next few months, when DeFi really kicks off.
